Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who understands content, culture, community, and conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms while managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.
Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and account managers to produce engaging content.
Manage brand communication, community engagement, comments, DMs, and online reputation.
Identify trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to optimize strategy.
Coordinate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid campaigns.
Present social media plans, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube algorithms.
Excellent content planning, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Agency experience handling multiple client portfolios.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends.
Basic understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
