Principal Product Manager (AI Platform)
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

We're looking for a highly technical Principal Product Manager to own critical modules within an AI-powered enterprise platform. The role involves driving product strategy, roadmap, execution, and adoption for scalable platform capabilities while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science teams.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end roadmap and delivery of platform modules.
Drive product decisions around scalability, performance, APIs, and real-time systems.
Collaborate with Engineering on architecture and technical trade-offs.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into platform workflows.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.
Work with global stakeholders to translate customer needs into product features.
What We're Looking For
8+ years in Product Management / Technical Product Management.
Strong experience with platform products, enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, or AI-driven products.
Deep understanding of APIs, cloud-native architecture, real-time systems, and data platforms.
Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
Exposure to Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Optimization Engines, or AI Orchestration platforms is a plus.
Preferred Industry Experience
Supply Chain Tech, Logistics Tech, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Industrial Automation, Robotics, Manufacturing Tech, or Enterprise SaaS Platforms.
