We're looking for a Vendor Management Executive with 2+ years of experience in IT Staffing to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage vendors for FTE, C2H, and C2C hiring requirements

✅ Coordinate profile submissions, interviews, offers, and closures

✅ Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships

✅ Track vendor performance and recruitment metrics

✅ Ensure SLA compliance and recruitment process adherence

✅ Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in Vendor Management within IT Staffing

✔ Strong understanding of FTE, C2H & C2C hiring models

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Strong analytical and MS Excel skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
