About the Role

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with experience in IT solutions selling to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements
  • Present and demonstrate company products and IT solutions effectively
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales successfully
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate reports & CRM data
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Identify and onboard partners to expand market reach and drive sales



Requirements

  • Experience working with clients in Banking, NBFCs, Hospitals, Manufacturing, or BPO sectors
  • 3–4 years of experience in IT Solutions / B2B Sales
  • Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales
