About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Video Editor who has hands-on experience editing fictional stories, short films, cinematic content, branded entertainment, web series, ad films, and narrative-driven productions.

This is not a social media editing role.

We need a storyteller who understands filmmaking, scene construction, emotional pacing, visual rhythm, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be able to transform raw footage into compelling cinematic experiences by making creative decisions that enhance story impact.

• Edit short-form fictional films, cinematic content, and narrative-driven videos. • Own the storytelling process from raw footage to final delivery. • Build emotional pacing, dramatic tension, and visual engagement. • Collaborate with directors, writers, cinematographers, VFX artists, and motion designers. • Determine shot selection, sequencing, transitions, and scene flow. • Integrate VFX, motion graphics, sound design, and color workflows. • Establish post-production standards and editing best practices. • Review and mentor junior editors when required. • Maintain cinematic quality across all projects.
