We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can take models from research to production at scale.\nIf you’ve shipped LLM systems, optimized inference costs, and worked with diffusion/image pipelines — we want to talk.\n\nWhat You’ll Work On\n\nFine-tuning and optimizing LLMs (DeepSeek + in-house models)\nBuilding RAG pipelines & vector search systems\nImproving response quality, personality consistency & memory systems\nDesigning evaluation pipelines (quality, hallucination, engagement)\nBuilding ComfyUI-based image generation workflows\nIntegrating Stable Diffusion, LoRA, ControlNet, inpainting/outpainting\nOptimizing GPU usage, VRAM efficiency & inference latency\nScaling AI systems for real-world production traffic\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n2+ years hands-on AI/ML experience\nStrong Python + PyTorch\nExperience fine-tuning LLMs (PEFT / LoRA / quantization)\nExperience with RAG + vector databases\nHands-on with diffusion pipelines (Stable Diffusion preferred)\nProduction mindset — monitoring, versioning, cost optimization\nComfortable in a fast-paced startup environment\n\nBonus\n\nExperience with AI companion or conversational AI products\nExperience with ComfyUI workflows\nGPU infra optimization experience\nReal-time streaming generation systems\n\nWhy ChatReal?\n\nBuild cutting-edge multimodal AI\nHigh ownership, fast iteration\nDirect impact on architecture and roadmap\nWork closely with product & engineering leadership
