Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Conduct and organize employee trainings to improve adoption of Artificial Intelligence (Microsoft Copilot) by Orkla India employees
• Work with Digital Business Partner team to identify AI use cases and lead development and rollout of AI Agents
• Quarterly publishing of AI adoption score for Orkla India
• Work with Digital Centre of Excellence team to develop eLearning modules for on-boarding of new joiner on Digital system
• Work with Digital Centre of Excellence team to develop adoption matrix for Digital Systems
• Work with Digital Centre of Excellence team to drive adoption of Orkla India Digital Systems
• Quarterly publishing of adoption score for Orkla India Digital System

Main tasks and/or projects:

• AI training gap identification
• AI training plan preparation
• Conducting AI trainings for generic areas
• Organizing AI trainings for areas where outside expert involvement is necessary
• Identifying AI use cases for Orkla India
• Developing AI agents for use cases
• Developing adoption matrix for Digital system
• Identifying reports to generate adoption score for Digital System
• Collation of adoption score for Digital System from Digital COE team
• Publishing of adoption score to CDO on monthly basis
• Publishing of adoption score to ELTs on quarterly basis
• Identifying quarterly plan for improving adoption score
• Working with Digital COE team to develop effective eLearning modules
• Running contests / leaderboard to drive adoption of AI and Digital system
• Preparing action plan for Digital laggards along with Digital COE team
