URL: https://www.axiscades.com\n\nOur Subsidiaries\n\nMistral Solutions: https://www.mistralsolutions.com\nEpcogen - https://www.epcogen.com\nAdd Solutions- https://www.add-solution.de/en/\n\nTitle: Inside Sales Executive – AUTOMOTIVE DOMAIN\nLocation: Hyderabad, TG or Chennai, TN\n\nJob Description\n\nIdentifying and qualifying potential leads through inbound and outbound lead generation methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.\nManaging the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.\nQualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.\nMaintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s services.\nMaintaining and updating the CRM with accurate customer and sales data.\nCollaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.\nFollowing up with prospects to build relationships and convert them into long-term customers.\nAssisting in the development of sales strategies to drive business growth.\nHandling objections and negotiating with potential customers to ensure a smooth sales process.\nProviding feedback to management on market trends, customer feedback, and sales tactics.\n\nRequired skills and qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.\nSolid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.\nSolid understanding of Automotive or Heavy Engineering.\nExperience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).\nUnderstanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.\nFamiliarity with using sales automation tools and platforms.\nKnowledge of market research and lead generation techniques.\nExpertise in the B2B sales process.\nExperience in conducting virtual meetings and product demos.\nAbility to handle complex sales cycles and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.\nExcellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.\nAbility to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\n“We're an equal opportunity employer.
