At Tata Elxsi, you matter.\n\nWe are looking for a bright and passionate Manufacturing Process/ Industrial / Facility Engineer with the skills below\n\nJob Title: Manufacturing Process/ Industrial / Facility Engineer.\n\nExperience: 3 to 15 years\n\nLocation: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Develop & optimize manufacturing processes (Battery, EDU, Trim & Final Assembly)\n- Define process flows, PFMEA, control plans & work instructions\n- Lead CAPEX planning, equipment specification & procurement support\n- Manage line setup, installation, commissioning & launch readiness\n- Perform time studies, line balancing & capacity planning ((M.O.S.T certified preferred)\n- Drive cycle time reduction, productivity & cost optimization\n- Lead project / program execution, stakeholder coordination & milestone tracking\n- Ensure HSE compliance + support automation & Industry 4.0 initiatives\n\nDomains\n\n- Battery Pack Assembly\n- Electric Drive Unit (EDU) / E-Axle\n- Trim & Final Assembly
