Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Familiarity with integration of applications within larger enterprise ecosystems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
