Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements for specific tools.
- Designing and configuring solutions based on gathered needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
- Creating detailed technical and process documentation.
- Facilitating user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration.
- Deep hands-on experience with Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE WFM.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities. Domain / Industry Experience: Experience with business processes and systems supporting sales operations is preferred.
