Cloud Specialist - Customer Engineering

Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize technical expertise to help customers determine if Cloud Platform is the right fit for their needs.
- Understand both technical and business requirements of customers and ask relevant questions to design optimal solutions.
- Provide recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and platform/application infrastructure required to implement complete solutions successfully.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to prepare scope of work documents and estimate development efforts, including identifying dependencies, assumptions, and prerequisites.
- Prepare and deliver product messaging showcasing Cloud Platform value propositions through whiteboarding, presentations, product demos, trial management, and RFI responses.
- Work with Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Provide advisory support to customers to optimize Cloud Platform usage and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience.
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or higher.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in solution architecting and designing scalable cloud-based systems.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to guide solution design and implementation.
- Capability to understand enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and infrastructure requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
