- The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing operational excellence while focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- This position is responsible for empowering teams, ensuring client satisfaction by meeting SLAs, and driving innovative solutions that enhance organizational processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Enhance Operational Systems Using Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Planning.
- Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Needs And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Through Effective Use Of Sccm For System Management And Deployment.
- Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Aligning Team Efforts With Operational Objectives.
- Introduce Innovative Ideas And Improvements In Operational Processes, Leveraging Insights From Microsoft Hyper-V Environments And Sccm Functionalities To Drive Organizational Progress.
- Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Requirements, Utilizing Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm To Enhance Service Delivery And Achieve Business Results.
Qualifications:
Skill Requirements
- Proficient In Microsoft Hyper-V And Scvmm With A Strong Understanding Of Virtualization And Cloud Solutions.
- Solid Experience With Sccm For System Management, Application Deployment, And Reporting.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And A Strong Focus On Continuous Improvement.
- Ability To Lead Teams Effectively And Communicate Project Goals Clearly.
