About The Job:

• Experience: 4–6 Years
• We are looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter / FlutterFlow Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying a next-generation mobile and web payments application that serves thousands of users with speed, security, and reliability.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable building cross-platform solutions, has a deep understanding of payment flows, and thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications using Flutter and FlutterFlow.
• Build and maintain a secure, scalable payments application with seamless UX across platforms.
• Implement robust authentication, encryption, tokenization, and PCI-DSS compliant payment workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Use FlutterFlow to rapidly prototype features and accelerate delivery cycles, while writing custom Dart code where necessary.
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage across devices and platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering standards.
• Manage app deployment lifecycles on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and web hosting platforms (Firebase Hosting, Vercel, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, FlutterFlow, and fintech trends and tools.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in mobile/web app development, with at least 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
• Hands-on experience with FlutterFlow for building production-grade applications.
• Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX).
• Proven experience building and deploying apps on iOS, Android, and Web from a single codebase.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
• Strong knowledge of payment gateway integrations and handling sensitive financial data.
• Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Bitrise, Fastlane).
• Knowledge of security best practices — encryption, secure storage, OAuth2, JWT, biometric authentication.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
