About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric UX Designer to design seamless, conversion-driven experiences across our digital commerce ecosystem, including Shopify storefronts and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar customer engagement systems.
- This role bridges customer-facing digital experiences with internal CRM workflows, ensuring unified journeys across marketing, sales, service, and commerce touchpoints.
- The ideal candidate understands both B2C/B2B e-commerce journeys and internal CRM user workflows, delivering intuitive, scalable, and data-informed design solutions.
- UX Lead – eCommerce + CRM (Conversion-focused Product Designer).
- This is a blend of : eCommerce UX + CRM UX + Conversion optimization. Core tech stack would be : Shopify (mandate).
- Must have experience designing - Homepage, Product Listing Page (PLP), Product Detail Page (PDP), Cart & Checkout flows.
- cherry on the cake would be : Shopify Plus, Headless commerce. CRM stack would be : Salesforce /HubSpot / Zoho CRM. this is critical because the role connects to customer journeys + internal workflows. Must desiign : Lead flows+ Case management+ Campaign tracking dashboards.
- CRO & ANALYTICS: Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)+ A/B testing + Behavioral analytics. expected : igma / Adobe XD / Sketch .
- Must have worked on:End-to-end customer journeys, Personas (buyers, sales teams, support), Wireframes + prototypes, Design systems, Workflow design.
- understanding of integration/tech is must : API-based systems understanding + Shopify + CRM integrations+ Marketing automation workflows.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop personas for shoppers, marketing teams, sales reps, and customer support teams.
- Map end-to-end customer journeys spanning storefront to post-purchase service.
- Translate business and CRM process requirements into intuitive UX frameworks.
- Design optimized storefront experiences (homepage, PLP, PDP, cart, checkout).
- Improve navigation, search, filtering, and personalization flows.
- Collaborate with developers to customize Shopify themes and apps.
- Optimize conversion funnels using A/B testing and behavioral analytics.
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Build and maintain design systems for consistency across commerce and CRM platforms.
- Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.
- Design intuitive interfaces for CRM dashboards, case management, lead flows, and campaign tracking.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- 5–8 years of UX/UI experience in e-commerce and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience designing for Shopify-based platforms.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing customer journeys and internal workflow design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Understanding of UX analytics and CRO methodologies.
Good to Have (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with Shopify Plus or headless commerce.
- Familiarity with CRM customization and workflow automation.
- Exposure to marketing automation journeys.
- Knowledge of API-driven or integrated tech stacks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
