About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide blended support via Call, Email, and Chat for global enterprise customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketo and CRM integrations.
- Analyze customer-side implementations and identify root causes of technical issues.
- Read, understand, and troubleshoot code/configurations effectively.
- Support marketing automation processes and campaigns within Marketo.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo Support and Marketing Automation.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SQL.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- GCIP certification/knowledge preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers globally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
