Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Design and develop responsive Service Portal widgets, pages, themes, and custom components.
- Create and maintain Catalog Items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Develop and enhance custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
- Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Configure Service Catalog workflows and automate business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and defect resolution.
- Perform unit testing, code review, deployment, and production support activities.
- Optimize portal performance, usability, and user experience.
- Maintain platform security, data integrity, and compliance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer documents.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience in Service Portal development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with Glide APIs, Jelly scripting, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor.
