Title- ServiceNow Analyst
Location- Bengaluru, KA
Duration- Long Term Contract

Role Description:

The candidate will be responsible for ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development across various modules and integrations. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing ESS pages (Content Management)

• Creating and maintaining:

  • UI Actions, UI Policies

  • Access Control Lists (ACLs)

  • Server-side scripts: Script Includes, Business Rules

• Configuration of License Management for compliance

• Working with domain separation and data/process design across domains

• Developing Composite Service Requests in the Service Catalog

• Integration using REST APIs, Web Services, MID Server

• Configuring complex reports and analyzing system logs

• ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in:

  • Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management

  • Asset Management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM

  • ServiceNow administration and customization

  • UI policies/actions, ACLs, and domain separation

  • Server-side scripting in ServiceNow
