  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools for relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote ABG's products and services to farmers and agribusinesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and industry associations.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on marketing and branch performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Stay informed about agricultural policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing and relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
