Understanding & evaluating critical data for various business units
Monitoring and identifying potential data loss instances / violation
Ensuring timely review and closure of data leakage alerts within given TAT
Liaise with business units for query resolution & follow up for closure
Making recommendations to prevent data loss
Ensuring that DLP incidents are closed with complete facts, action taken and supporting documentation.
Knowledge of CRM systems like Siebel/ BCIF/Finacle
Basic understanding of banking products
Detail oriented, ability to work in a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills- Should be able to establish rapport quickly with peers and Managers
