Role Summary:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented <\/span><\/span>Pre\-Sales Executive <\/span><\/span><\/b>with at least 1 year of relevant experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle-especially by managing <\/span><\/span>bid processes<\/span><\/span><\/b>, preparing <\/span><\/span>responses to RFPs\/RFIs<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and creating compelling pre\-sales documentation.<\/span>

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and a keen interest in <\/span><\/span>AI, healthcare, and life sciences<\/span><\/span><\/b> solutions. The role operates in <\/span><\/span>UK time zone<\/span><\/span><\/b> and involves close coordination with internal teams and external clients.<\/span>

  • Bid Management & Documentation:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

    • Prepare and manage high\-quality responses to <\/span><\/span>RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (technical, legal, sales) to gather input for bids<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Maintain a centralized repository of reusable content and past proposals<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
    • Pre\-Sales Support:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        \n
      • Assist the sales team with preparation of pitch decks, solution overviews, and technical documents<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Help align client requirements with product\/service offerings<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
      • Client Engagement:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

        • Support discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
        • Act as a liaison between client\-facing and technical teams during the proposal phase<\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
        • Lead Qualification:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

          • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to qualify incoming leads<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Research and identify potential opportunities aligned with company capabilities<\/span>

          • CRM & Reporting:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

            • Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, and bid status in the CRM system<\/span>

            • Prepare regular sales activity and bid status reports<\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
            • Market Intelligence:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n

              • Track competitor offerings and proposal strategies<\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
              • Stay updated on trends in AI, life sciences, and healthcare domains<\/span>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/ul>

                Required Qualifications & Skills:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Business)<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • MBA is a plus<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Minimum <\/span><\/span>1 year of experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in <\/span><\/span>pre\-sales<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span>bid\/proposal writing<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span>sales support<\/span><\/span><\/b>, or <\/span><\/span>business development<\/span><\/span><\/b>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Strong documentation and presentation skills<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and preparing sales collateral<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Proficiency with <\/span><\/span>MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<\/span><\/span><\/b>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Ability to work independently and handle multiple bids and deadlines<\/span>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
                • Comfortable working in <\/span><\/span>UK time zone<\/span><\/span><\/b>
                  <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>
