Description:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors RCM (Implementation and Support).

Experience in at least one full-cycle Greenfield implementation.
•
Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition business processes.
•
Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing and Career Site Builder.
•
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or HR Core integrations.
•
Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite / CPI (functional coordination level).
