Our client is a Fortune 500 financial and payments technology company, and leads the industry in innovation, scale and service.
They are now looking to add to the their team and are looking to hire a "Software engineer(full-stack engineer)" . This role will be based out of India and is 100% Remote.

We are seeking a hands-on software engineer (3-5 years' experience) to help design, build, and enhance our CI/CD platform. This role is ideal for a full-stack engineer with strong backend experience and exposure to DevOps and CI/CD ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for the Release Orchestrator web application
  • Build and enhance frontend components using Next.js / React / TypeScript
  • Develop and maintain backend APIs using Python (FastAPI)
  • Integrate with CI/CD systems (Jenkins / CloudBees), GitHub APIs , and other developer tools
  • Implement release workflows , environment promotion logic (Dev QA Prod), and approval gates
  • Build dashboards and views for release tracking, pipeline status, repo inventory, and integration health
  • Work with stakeholders to translate release governance and compliance requirements into product features
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions
  • Troubleshoot and fix defects in existing features

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and React / Next.js
  • Strong backend development experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs
  • Working knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows (branches, PRs, webhooks)
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release workflows
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

  • Experience integrating with Jenkins / CloudBees APIs
  • Exposure to DevOps tooling (Terraform, security scanning, artifact repositories, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards or internal developer platforms (IDP)
  • Familiarity with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT)
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations (e.g., LLM-based test generation, analytics)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
