If you have experience in vendor management, localization workflows, and talent acquisition, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in a fast\-paced, global environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Vendor & Freelancer Management<\/span><\/span><\/b> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify, recruit, and onboard translation vendors, freelance linguists, and language service providers (LSPs).<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with vendors.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain strong relationships with vendors and freelancers to ensure quality and efficiency.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor vendor performance based on key metrics (quality, turnaround time, cost\-effectiveness).<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Address vendor concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with SLAs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Recruitment & HR Support for Localization Talent<\/span><\/span><\/b> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage hiring processes for in\-house linguists, localization project managers, and quality reviewers.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop job descriptions and coordinate with HR and TA to source candidates.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on appropriate skills.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversee onboarding and training for new hires and vendors.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support HR\-related processes such as contract renewals, compliance checks, and payment coordination.<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Process Optimization & Workflow Management<\/span><\/span><\/b> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Implement best practices for vendor selection, onboarding, and performance tracking.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain and update vendor databases, contracts, and payment records.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work closely with localization project managers to match the right vendors to specific projects.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify and onboard vendors for new languages or specialized content needs.<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Quality Control & Compliance<\/span><\/span><\/b> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure vendors meet quality standards through periodic evaluations.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with linguistic reviewers to gather feedback and improve vendor performance.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/span> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HR, Financial & Administrative Support<\/span><\/span><\/b> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with HR\-related tasks for in\-house localization employees, such as contract renewals, and payroll documentation.<\/span><\/span> o<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Address queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company procedures for localization team members.<\/span><\/span>
