- Senior Technical Lead - Full Stack & Agentic AI Lead architecture, design, and handson development of fullstack solutions using React, Node.js (Express), and Python. Design and build agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI, ensuring productiongrade quality. Own microservices and eventdriven architectures, driving scalability, performance, and fault tolerance. Apply strong design patterns, system design, and code quality standards through reviews and mentoring. Lead data design and integration using SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB. Guide teams in Agile execution, technical estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery. Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, environment management, observability, and release readiness. Act as the primary technical decisionmaker, resolving complex engineering challenges and tradeoffs. Desired: Experience with enterprise or ERP applications and largescale system integrations. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
