'05; Manage vendors for FTE, C2H, and C2C hiring requirements

'05; Coordinate profile submissions, interviews, offers, and closures

'05; Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships

'05; Track vendor performance and recruitment metrics

'05; Ensure SLA compliance and recruitment process adherence

'05; Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers

What We're Looking For:

'14; Experience in Vendor Management within IT Staffing

'14; Strong understanding of FTE, C2H & C2C hiring models

'14; Excellent communication and negotiation skills

'14; Strong analytical and MS Excel skills

'14; Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
