Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head – PR & Influencer Partnerships to lead and scale our Public Relations and Influencer Marketing verticals. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry relationships, a strong understanding of media and creator ecosystems, and a proven ability to drive visibility, influence, and business growth.
The ideal candidate is a proactive go-getter who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, representing the agency at industry forums, and contributing to new business acquisition. Beyond leading client mandates, this individual will play a key role in strengthening Grapes' market presence and expanding its network across media, influencers, creators, brands, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
PR & Communications Leadership
Lead and oversee integrated PR strategies for clients across sectors.
Drive impactful media relations programs, thought leadership initiatives, and reputation-building campaigns.
Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, media houses, and industry influencers.
Identify compelling stories, trends, and opportunities that generate meaningful media coverage and brand visibility.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on communication, reputation management, and media engagement.
Influencer Partnerships & Creator Ecosystem
Lead and scale the influencer marketing vertical across industries and platforms.
Develop and execute influencer engagement strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, talent managers, and content partners.
Identify emerging creator trends and opportunities to deliver innovative influencer-led campaigns.
Ensure measurable impact and ROI across influencer initiatives.
Business Development & Growth
Identify and drive new business opportunities through industry relationships, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with leadership teams on pitches, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives.
Build partnerships across media, influencer, creator, and brand ecosystems to unlock new opportunities.
Contribute actively to agency revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and developing new business avenues.
Establish Grapes as a preferred communications and influencer marketing partner in the market.
Industry Presence & Representation
Represent the agency at conferences, networking events, industry forums, award platforms, and brand engagements.
Build visibility and credibility for both clients and the agency within the communications ecosystem.
Stay ahead of industry trends, media developments, cultural shifts, and emerging platforms.
Team & Client Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing PR and influencer marketing teams.
Ensure excellence in client servicing, stakeholder management, and campaign execution.
Foster collaboration across internal teams including strategy, creative, digital, and business functions.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Influencer Marketing, or Integrated Communications.
Proven experience leading PR mandates and managing high-impact media relationships.
Strong network across journalists, editors, media houses, influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnership building.
Strong understanding of the media landscape, creator economy, and integrated marketing ecosystem.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and client portfolios.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience across sectors such as Consumer, Lifestyle, Health, Technology, Mobility, EV, or Consumer Durables will be an advantage.
