Creative Design Manager

Experience: 8–10 years

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor & Design Lead to drive visual storytelling across digital and offline channels. This role combines hands-on content creation with creative leadership, requiring expertise in video production, motion graphics, design, animation, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate will lead projects end-to-end while mentoring junior designers and editors to maintain high creative standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite
• Expertise in 2D animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in 3D animation and modeling using tools
• Proficiency with Generative AI creative tools
• Strong understanding of video production workflows
• Typography and layout design
• Storyboarding and creative direction
• Knowledge of video formats, and platform-specific content optimization.
• Experience with social media content creation and performance-driven creative assets.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and digital-first design approaches is an advantage.

Leadership & Team Management

• Proven experience leading and mentoring junior creative talent.
• Ability to provide creative direction, conduct design reviews, and establish quality benchmarks.
• Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and production partners when required.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Experience Requirements
