Job Title: Senior Designer / Chief Designer\n\nLocation: Mumbai\n\nExperience: 6–11 Years\n\nQualification:\n\n- Architects: M.Arch / B.Arch\n- Interior Designers: Diploma / Degree / Master’s in Interior Design\n\nPreferred Experience: Commercial, residential / Healthcare / Hospitality Architecture\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead and deliver high-quality architectural/interior design solutions.\n- Manage complete design portfolios and project execution.\n- Handle statutory submission drawings for Mumbai & Mumbai Region projects.\n- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for seamless project delivery.\n- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and client satisfaction.\n- Mentor and guide team members for professional growth.\n- Ensure adherence to timelines, manpower budgets, and quality standards.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong design and conceptualization skills\n- Experience in statutory drawings & approvals\n- Stakeholder coordination and project management\n- Team handling and presentation skills\n\nLooking for candidates with strong project design experience and expertise in healthcare, hospitality, or developer space projects.
