Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, analytics, and current social media trends.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goal
  • Manage and grow brand presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTub
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar with engaging, relevant, and timely conten
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaign
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preference
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingl
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and budget
  • Handle community management, including responding to comments, messages, and review
  • Work with influencers and external partners for collaboration
  • Content and blog writing for website


Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in social media management.

Strong understanding of platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with performance marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing
  • Experience working with agencies or brands
