Assessment:
Role-based Motion Graphics & Video Editing Test covering Technical and Creative Skills.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, with a strong
portfolio showcasing high-quality videos, animations, promotional content, and
showreels.
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, transitions, pacing, and
storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and video editing workflows.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with creative and
production teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished final outputs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a 3D Artist, you will play a key role in creating Virtual 3D Assets with our production
team.
• As a Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor, you will play a key role in creating
engaging visual content for marketing, sales, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital
platforms.
• Edit promotional videos, client presentations, product showcases, and company
showreels.
• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and creative leads to transform concepts into
compelling visual stories.
• Work with existing 3D renders, animations, and product assets to create impactful
marketing videos.
• Ensure videos are optimized for trade shows, social media, websites, and client
presentations.
• Make revisions and implement feedback efficiently, including real-time changes when
required during reviews or presentations.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery while maintaining quality and
deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion graphics, video editing, AI-assisted
content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Organize project files, maintain version control, and ensure smooth handoff of
deliverables.
• Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
