Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to help drive customer satisfaction, client engagement, account growth, and successful talent delivery across our AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform serving customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

This is not a routine internship.

You will work closely with founders and leadership while helping manage client relationships, coordinate hiring engagements, support talent delivery, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to account growth initiatives.

From day one, you will gain exposure to how modern B2B technology companies build long-term customer relationships, retain clients, expand accounts, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements throughout the talent acquisition and delivery lifecycle

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hiring managers, and key stakeholders

• Coordinate hiring requirements, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and delivery milestones

• Collaborate with Talent Operations, Recruiters, and Leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

• Drive proactive client communication to ensure visibility, responsiveness, and a positive customer experience

• Track customer requirements, hiring pipelines, interview schedules, and engagement activities

• Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and engagement levels

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, account expansion, and deeper client engagement

• Maintain accurate customer information and activities within CRM and internal systems

• Prepare account updates, customer reports, and business insights for internal reviews

• Support customer onboarding, relationship development, and long-term account growth initiatives

• Contribute to improving customer success processes, workflows, and service delivery standards

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are final-year students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals

• Have strong spoken and written English communication skills

• Are comfortable interacting with customers, prospects, and business stakeholders

• Are naturally relationship-oriented and customer-focused

• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Have strong problem-solving and coordination skills

• Are interested in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Business Development, Revenue Operations, or Growth careers

• Are comfortable working with CRM systems, dashboards, and business metrics

Previous experience in customer success, recruitment, account management, sales, operations, consulting, campus leadership, or startup environments is valuable but not mandatory.
