About The Job:
- Experience Level: 6 to 8 yrs (Relevant)
- Senior Workday consultant responsible for leading Learning module design, configuration, and client engagement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Learning solutions, including learning programs, content management, certifications, compliance training, and learner engagement strategies.
- Acts as a functional SME, drives client discussions, and ensures high-quality delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of Workday Learning modules (Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content, Certifications)
- Design and implement learning strategies, compliance training frameworks, and learner journeys
- Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
- Own business process configuration for learning workflows (enrollments, approvals, completions)
- Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and deployment readiness
- Provide guidance on learning analytics, compliance tracking, and certification management
- Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
- Collaborate with reporting teams for dashboards and learning analytics
- Support release planning and adoption of new Workday Learning features
Qualifications
- 6 years of Workday HCM and learning experience
- Workday learning certification
- Strong expertise in learning management systems, content management, and compliance training
- Experience in client-facing roles and solution design
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full implementation lifecycle, AMS support experience
- Knowledge of integrations with external content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.)
