About The Job:
- Exp: 6–12 years
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage Mac software requests and application lifecycle management through Intune
- Create, package, and test software installations for macOS
- Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Intune
- Integrate and maintain Mac software packages in Intune environments
- Publish and manage applications Company Portal (Intune)
- Administer Mac device management, compliance, and security policies using Intune
- Manage macOS updates, patching, and configuration profiles
- Support device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle (DEP/ABM integrations)
- Troubleshoot application deployment and device management issues across Mac fleet
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and standard operating processes
- Develop testing/validation procedures for new Mac software deployments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–12 years of overall IT experience with strong Mac administration exposure
- Proven experience in Enterprise Mac support (macOS environments)
- Working experience in Microsoft Intune (Mac device management, app deployment, compliance policies)
- Good understanding of macOS file system and architecture
- Knowledge of Apple Software Update mechanisms and patch management (Intune)
- Experience in macOS security hardening and compliance enforcement
- Hands-on experience in device enrollment (ABM/DEP, Intune integration)
- Experience in imaging/provisioning Mac devices
- Strong troubleshooting skills for macOS, application deployment, and policy issues
- Ability to design and implement customized solutions aligned with business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer-focused approach
Certifications:
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager certification – Preferred
