About The Job:
- Experience: 5 to 6 Years (Relevant)
- The HRMS Functional consultant will work in the Global HRIS transition project.
- Primarily focused on the Total Rewards module.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work in Workday AMS alongside the core team.
- Primary module focus will be Total Rewards.
- Act as subject matter expert in HRMS domain and support live countries.
- Lead end-to-end configuration of Workday Total Rewards.
- Drive solution design, workshops, and client discussions.
- Own business process design and optimization.
- Oversee defect management activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.
- Handle release planning and feature adoption.
- Collaborate across integrations and reporting workstreams.
- Work on documentation.
- Assist in designing security configurations, roles, and permissions.
- Ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Solution quality and reduction in rework.
- Client satisfaction scores.
- Milestone delivery adherence.
- Risk identification and mitigation effectiveness.
- Contribution to team mentorship.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of Workday HCM experience.
- Strong expertise in Core HCM, Onboarding, and Total Rewards modules.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Functional Skills/Competencies:
- Good knowledge of Workday (preferably with experience in HCM and Total Rewards).
- Understanding of HR processes such as administration, mobility, and training.
- Strong understanding of both functional and technical HR process aspects.
- Hands-on configuration knowledge and support experience.
- Ability to identify and manage gaps between global and local HR processes.
- Ability to read and understand project and solution documentation.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to create and analyze reports (Workday reporting or Excel).
- Basic knowledge of roles and permissions within Workday.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR is a plus.
Behavioral Skills/Competencies:
- Quick learner with ability to adapt in fast-paced project environments.
- Ability to conduct training sessions (workshops, webinars, Q&A).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
- Interest in cross-functional and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
