About The Job:
- Experience Level: 6 to 8 yrs (Relevant)
- Senior Workday consultant responsible for leading Recruiting module design, configuration, and client engagement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Leads the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday Recruiting solutions, including candidate lifecycle management, job requisition processes, interview frameworks, and offer management.
- Acts as a functional SME, drives client discussions, and ensures high-quality delivery across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration of Workday Recruiting modules (Job Requisitions, Career Sites, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offers)
- Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate journeys
- Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
- Own business process configuration for recruiting workflows (requisitions, approvals, hiring processes)
- Manage security configuration related to recruiting roles and candidate data
- Oversee testing strategy, defect triage, and hiring cycle readiness
- Provide guidance on recruiting best practices, compliance, and candidate experience
- Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables
- Collaborate with reporting teams for recruiting analytics and dashboards
- Support release planning and adoption of new Workday Recruiting features
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Workday functional and recruiting module
- Workday Recruiting certification
- Strong expertise in recruitment lifecycle and hiring workflows
- Experience in client-facing roles and solution design
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Advanced Reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Experience in full implementation lifecycle preferably for a large-scale organization
