About The Job:
- Shift Timing – 12 PM to 9 PM IST
- Client Global Business Travel (Client GBT) is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data Integration Services to lead the implementation and delivery of real-time data integrations with our customers and vendors.
- In this client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for integration projects, ensuring seamless data connectivity, exceptional customer experiences, and successful deployments.
- You will become a subject matter expert in our data integration capabilities and provide strategic support to customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead Integration Projects: Own integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring successful implementation of real-time data feeds tailored to customer and vendor needs
- Client-Facing Consultation: Serve as the primary consultant for customers and vendors, understanding their data requirements, recommending optimal integration solutions, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Requirements & Solution Design: Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and integration designs, working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver customized solutions
- Vendor & Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their integration needs are met with excellence
- Data Security & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance in line with company Security & Risk management policies
- Issue Resolution & Support: Coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and platforms, troubleshooting integration challenges and identifying root causes to ensure smooth operations
- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, process guides, and best practices to support customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline integration processes, reduce implementation timelines, and enhance the customer experience through process optimization and automation
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze integration performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience managing customer relationships and leading implementations
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with travel data, travel systems, or travel technology (including understanding of travel data structures, booking data, invoice data, PNRs, or similar travel-specific data formats)
- Proven expertise in real-time data integrations, including hands-on experience with API-based integrations and flat file data delivery methods
- Strong project management skills, particularly with JIRA and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, with a track record of successful customer implementations
- Excellent communication skills – ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Capacity to coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and platforms
- Strong root cause analysis and debugging skills
- Ability to work through complex technical challenges with customers and internal teams
