About The Job:

- Shift Time: 1 PM – 11 PM
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Workday Consultant specializing in HR Colleague Relations (Employee Relations) to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday solutions.
- The role focuses on enabling effective employee relations management, workplace investigations, compliance, policy administration, and workforce engagement initiatives for global organizations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design and deployment of Workday solutions supporting employee and colleague relations programs.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, Ethics, and Employee Experience teams to define and optimize employee relations processes.
- Support management of workplace investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, complaints, and employee concerns.
- Design workflows for issue intake, case tracking, escalation management, approvals, and resolution processes.
- Enable standardized employee relations practices across global and regional business units.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal governance policies.
- Configure and enhance Workday solutions aligned with employee relations and HR Shared Services functions.
- Develop testing strategies, test scenarios, and lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and Security Testing activities.
- Evaluate Workday biannual releases for employee relations impact and recommend feature adoption.
- Conduct release readiness assessments and support production deployments with post-release validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and Workday capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of HR technology consulting experience.
- 5+ years of Workday implementation and support experience.
- Experience supporting Employee Relations or HR Shared Services functions.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Experience working with global HR organizations.
- Strong understanding of employee relations processes, compliance, and governance.
- Workday Integration Certification (mandatory).
- Workday Studio Certification (mandatory).
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and consulting capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work from office 5 days a week.
- Must be flexible to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
- Willingness to support business-critical activities including deployments, upgrades, and financial close cycles outside regular hours when required.
