About The Job:

- Shift Time: 1 PM – 11 PM
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Talent Management Consultant to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Talent solutions.
- This role will act as a trusted advisor to HR and Talent leaders, driving digital talent transformation initiatives and enabling organizations to maximize workforce performance, career growth, succession planning, skills visibility, and internal mobility.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Workday Talent Management solutions.
- Partner with HR, Talent Management, and Business Leaders to define and optimize talent processes.
- Drive talent transformation initiatives aligned with business and workforce strategies.
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent modules including Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Career Development, and related business objects.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis sessions.
- Design scalable, best-practice solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics to provide insights into performance, succession readiness, talent mobility, and development.
- Enable data-driven decision-making for talent strategy and workforce planning.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
- Evaluate Workday releases and recommend adoption of new Talent features and capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise on Workday Talent solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants and support overall project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday Talent Management experience.
- 8+ years of overall HR Technology or HCM consulting experience.
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Talent modules including performance, goals, succession, and career development.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
- Experience working in enterprise and global HR environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work from office 5 days a week.
- Must be flexible to work from Bengaluru, Noida, or Hyderabad.
- Ability to support business-critical activities such as deployments and upgrades outside regular working hours.
