About The Job:
- Experience: 8 to 12 Years (Relevant)
- The role is responsible for service delivery related to Sales & Distribution, Pricing Management, and Transportation Management.
- The candidate should have hands-on experience collaborating with integration and third-party teams and exposure to IDOC, interfaces, rebates, and complex pricing structures.
- Experience in Transportation Management and building complex solutions in the SAP SD domain is required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work on SAP SD business processes including Third Party Sales, Rebates, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transfer, and ATP.
- Manage Sales, Delivery, PGI, Billing, Outputs, and Pricing configurations.
- Collaborate with integration teams and third-party systems for data exchange.
- Work on IDOC/EDI processes and SAP integrations with external systems.
- Handle interfaces where data is exchanged between SAP and third-party applications.
- Work on shipment and logistics processes related to SAP SD.
- Maintain master data such as Customer-Material and condition records using LSMW.
- Support ticketing activities using tools like ServiceNow.
- Perform basic ABAP debugging where required.
- Participate in global project delivery and work with overseas clients (Europe/US region).
- Deliver high-quality service ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.

- Service availability and incident reduction
- MTTR improvement and reduced ticket aging
- Reduction in repeat and recurring issues

- Automation and cost optimization improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant IT experience
- 10–12 years of SAP SD experience
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations/roll-outs
- SAP Certification preferred
- ITIL certification preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAFe certifications are an advantage
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience with User Exits, BADIs, and Enhancements in SAP SD
- Hands-on experience in SD Shipping, Transportation Management, and Service Billing
- Strong expertise in Pricing, Condition Techniques, Rebates, ATP, Scheduling
- Deep knowledge of sales cycle: Inquiry, Quotation, Contract, Scheduling, Billing
- Expertise in Output/Printing forms for Sales, Shipping, and Billing
- Experience in writing functional specifications, test scripts, and working on custom reports
- Strong experience in SAP SD configuration
- Experience working with LSMW for master data updates
- Understanding of SAP cross modules (FI/MM integration)
- Experience in OSS note analysis, application, and testing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, or CloudWatch
