The position offers an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide AI priorities, partner with senior stakeholders globally, and shape how AI capabilities are embedded across the organization.\n\nSome of the key responsibilities will include:\nLead the AI innovation agenda by translating business challenges into a prioritized portfolio of AI opportunities and proof of concepts.\nPartner closely with business leaders and executive stakeholders to evaluate use cases, define value hypotheses, and drive AI adoption across the enterprise.\nBuild and govern a repeatable innovation engine, ensuring ideas move effectively from experimentation to production-scale solutions.\nAct as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical and measurable outcomes.\n\nTo be eligible for this role you will require:\n15+ years of experience spanning consulting, digital transformation, technology leadership, or enterprise innovation roles.\nProven experience leading AI, GenAI, or digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.\nExposure to AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, or related capabilities, with sufficient hands-on understanding to guide discussions and challenge technical teams.\nExperience building or operating innovation labs, AI CoEs, transformation programs, or enterprise change initiatives would be highly valued.\nPrior exposure to Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services environments would be advantageous.\n\nPlease contact Sinchana B or email your cv directly in word format with job reference number 16597 to\n\nPlease note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
