Salary Range: 30k to 37k

Roles: 

1. Accounting Operations

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries accurately.

2. Finalization of Accounts

• Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Assist management in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.

3. GST & Tax Compliance

• Prepare and review GST returns and related reconciliations.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.

4. Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.

5. Audit & Compliance

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

6. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and filed.

7. Coordination

• Coordinate with management, auditors, consultants, and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Assist in resolving accounting and compliance-related queries.

Qualification: 

• B.Com / M.Com
• CA Inter / CA Dropout preferred
• Strong accounting and finalization knowledge mandatory
