Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
A. Implementation & Project Delivery
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP PM/CS implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, business workshops, and blueprinting sessions
• Configure SAP PM and CS modules, including:
o Preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
o Notifications and work order management
o Service orders, warranties, service contracts, and billing
• Drive integration with MM, SD, FI, and PP modules
• Support data migration, testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT), and cutover activities
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration initiatives

B. Application Support (AMS)
• Provide L2/L3 support for incidents, service requests, and problem management
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes
• Manage ticket lifecycle and SLA adherence in line with ITIL processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring issues
• Support change requests, enhancements, and minor developments

C. Business Process & Functional Expertise
• Analyse and optimise Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and service execution processes
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications (FS) and solution design
• Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and SAP standards

D. Field Service & Spare Parts Management (Enhanced Requirement)
• Demonstrate exposure to Field Service Management (FSM) processes, including:
o Field technician scheduling, dispatching, and service execution
o Integration with external FSM solutions (e.g., ServiceMax or equivalent platforms)
• Manage service lifecycle processes, including:
o Service order execution and field operations
o Spare parts management, returns, and reverse logistics processes
o Repair, refurbishment, and replacement cycles
• Ensure seamless integration between PM/CS and inventory/logistics processes (MM/SD) for parts tracking and service billing

E. Testing, Documentation & Governance
• Prepare and maintain key deliverables:
o Functional Specifications (FS)
o Configuration documents
o Test scripts and user manuals
• Participate in testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and defect resolution
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, audit requirements, and documentation practices
• Support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication

3. Required Skills & Experience
Functional Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in:
o SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) – Equipment, Work Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Planning
o SAP Customer Service (CS) – Service Orders, Contracts, Warranty Management
• Good understanding of:
o End-to-end maintenance and service lifecycle processes
o Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Experience/exposure to:
o Field Service Management (FSM) processes
o Spare parts lifecycle, returns, and repair processes

Integration & Cross-Module Knowledge
• Strong integration exposure with:
o MM (Inventory & Spare Parts Management)
o SD (Billing, Service Processing)
o FI (Costing, Settlement)
• Understanding of end-to-end service-to-cash processes

Technical / System Exposure
• Experience in:
o SAP ECC 6.0 (mandatory)
o SAP S/4HANA (HANA-based systems) (mandatory)
• Exposure to:
o IDOCs / Interfaces
o SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM / ALM tools
o Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)

Project Experience
• Minimum 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation/rollout projects
• Strong experience in AMS/support environments (L2/L3)
• Experience in global delivery or multi-country environments is preferred
