DescriptionThe project involves development of a new application for the customer's Shipment Management and Documentation Services, including modernization of selected legacy modules into a modern, scalable, cloud-native platform.The application will be built using Java Spring Boot (Java 21) in a Microservices architecture, deployed on OpenShift, with Oracle 19c as the backend database. The user interface will be developed using Angular 20 following a Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture. Key Responsibilities " Develop and enhance application modules for Shipment Management and Documentation Services " Modernize legacy modules and migrate them into a microservices-based architecture " Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot " Build responsive and modular UI components using Angular 20 " Implement and support Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture " Deploy and manage applications in OpenShift environment " Leverage cloud-native features such as containerization, configuration management, health checks, scaling, and resilience patterns " Design and optimize database interactions with Oracle 19c " Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, architecture, QA, DevOps, and product teams " Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support " Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization " Support CI/CD implementation and release activities Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application layers |
