Summary:
This operations role is ideal for candidates with Salesforce end-user experience and a strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and operational processes. Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize customer onboarding and KYC processes.
- Ensure smooth integration of customers into the Company ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in relevant fields, not exceeding 6 years.
- Background in payments/fintech operations, BPO, or consulting operations.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with any CRM tool.
