About The Job:
- The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for leading the test planning, android, and software testing activities within the organization. This role will involve coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of testing processes.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test strategies for android and software testing projects.
- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results.
- Conduct test execution, defect tracking, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall testing efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Exp: 9+ years
- Proficiency in test planning methodologies and tools.
- Strong knowledge of android testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in software testing techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a testing team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address testing issues.
- Detail oriented approach to ensure thorough test coverage and defect tracking.
- OSCP/OSWE/OSCE equivalent certification
- 10 yrs of experience in penetration testing.
- Experienced in AI/ML security testing and cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
