You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Chartered accountant
  • 10-13 years of FP&A or business finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis
  • Proven track record in margin analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/planning tools (SAP, Hyperion, etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities
  • Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
