We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced Senior Associate. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of sellers on the platform by incentivising them towards the desired behaviour. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and gaps and help sellers grow on the platform.( both for new sellers and tenured sellers )
Joining the team means working with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires in-depth study of the existing ecosystem.
Key deliverables of the role:
Partner with relevant teams on comprehensive initiatives to drive seller growth
Deliver on tight deadlines to execute identified initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline.
Technical skills - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Communication skills - ability to communicate (written and spoken). Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.
Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with e-commerce & retail would be an advantage.
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
Knowledge in Excel, SQL and Macros would be a plus
