Job Summary:
This role is responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions for third-party tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of these critical business systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements.
- Design and configure solutions for integrated third-party sales and workforce management tools.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Create comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and defect resolution processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep hands-on configuration experience with Gong, SaleLoft, and NiCE Work Force Management.
- Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Domain / Industry Experience: Requires experience with business processes and systems that support sales operations.
