Job Description:
We're looking for a Frontend Lead who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. You should be able to translate product and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications. We expect you to be a tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new digital technologies and aspires to combine usability with visual design. The candidate should be capable, and willing, to play a key part in shaping the future of user experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, manage and mentor a team of frontend engineers and related personnel.
The candidate should be capable, and willing, to play a key part in shaping the future of user experience.
Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
Understanding the user persona and delivering a slick experience.
Take end-to-end ownership of components and be responsible for the subsystems that you work on from design, code, testing, integration, deployment, enhancements etc. Write high quality code and take responsibility for their task.
Solve performance bottlenecks, mentor junior engineers.
Communicate and collaborate with management, product, QA, UI/UX teams.
Deliver with quality and on time in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Requirements :
3-6 years of work experience in development.
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
Hands-on experience with frontend codebases using HTML, CSS and knowledge of Frontend Frameworks and experience in at least one of the JavaScript.
frameworks like React.Js, Vue.js, etc.
Knowledge of Node.js would be plus
A mature thought process - willingness to unlearn and work from 1st principles.
The aptitude to learn and apply hard technical concepts.
An execution mindset - we like to get things done and we learn from our users.
Experience building complex UI components, handling large data sets in UI.
Understanding of basic Rest Principles.
Familiar with project management tools like JIRA etc.
